Tiffany started her escrow career with a large title company, where she worked for almost 5 years on a high volume escrow desk closing 100+ files per month before joining the staff of Kelley Escrow in 2009. She enjoys establishing relationships with her clients and getting to know them in all aspects, so she can better service their escrow needs. She excel's when work volume is high and more is demanded of her because it allows her to use all of the knowledge she has aquired. On her spare time Tiffany enjoys the outdoors camping, hiking, snowboarding and is even an amateur pianist.
Paul, a DOC qualified manager with exceptional knowledge of the escrow process is capable of handling any type of escrow transaction. He started his escrow career in 1979 at the age of 17 while still attending Villa Park High School and joined the staff of Kelley Escrow in 1988. Paul assumed the role of office manager in 1999 and has carefully balanced his duties as escrow officer and mentor to his staff. Once an avid fisherman, his new love is the game of golf.
Justin has been with Kelley Escrow since 2003. He loves to work and does so very efficiently. There is no job too big or too small for him. His love and knowledge of computers is extraordinary. In his spare time Justin loves snowboarding.
Marion started her career in title in 1985, in customer service and working her way up the corporate ladder to a title officer. She held the position of title officer for 6 years when she retired to take care of her two children. Now that they’re all grown up, she decided to head back to the workforce and try escrow in lieu of a title position as she felt she would have more direct contact with the public.
Michele is the newest member to our team. She brings 4 years of experience with her. Her hard work ethic has proven to be such that her clients see the dedication she has for their files. In her spare time she enjoys playing soccer and making jewelry.
Yolanda joined the team as Account Executive. She brings 6 years of experience in this industry along with over 10 years of customer service dedication. In her spare time, she involves herself in her son’s High School and community sports. Servicio en Español.
Sachi has worked in all aspects of escrow since 1989 but particularly enjoys and is proficient in the final closing process. She ensures all closing documentation and funds are delivered to our clients immediately upon close of escrow.
Most escrow careers are started at the receptionist desk which is where Heather started her career in 1997. She trained directly under Kathy Kelley for over five years before taking on her own desk. Her ability to communicate with all her clients, whether a buyer, seller, borrower or real estate professional, is unsurpassed. Heather is a golf rookie but has much potential.
